Last updated: 3 October 2026. This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join the Sunset Junction waitlist, on kobasic.dev or on the Sunset Junction development notes. The game itself will have its own privacy policy.
Who we are
Andrija Rotter Kobasić, an independent developer based in Croatia operating as Kobasic, runs the waitlist and is responsible for your data. Contact: kobasic@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, and nothing else about you: no name, no phone number.
- When you signed up and confirmed, and on which page (the studio site or the development notes).
- Security: to stop abuse we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and count sign-ups. It is deleted within 24 hours.
Why we use it
Only to email you about Sunset Junction testing: one email to confirm your address (this is how we know it was really you), and one when the first test on Android opens. No newsletter, no advertising, and we never sell your address. We send these emails because you asked us to (your consent), and you can take that back at any time.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider stores the website, the database and the mail server in the EU.
- Nobody else. We don't use mailing-list services, trackers or analytics on these pages.
How long we keep it
Until we've sent the email about testing, and at the latest until Sunset Junction is released; then the list is deleted. If you never confirm your address, it is deleted after 30 days.
Leaving the list and your rights
Every email we send has a link to leave the list; leaving deletes your address straight away. You can also simply write to kobasic@gmail.com. Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local authority.
