Hold to pour.
Tap a car, hold, and let go in the green for a Perfect fill. Skip it, and the attendant does it for you.
The first hands-on moment is in: the Perfect Pour. Tap a car at the pump, hold, and let go while the gauge is in the green. A Perfect fill pays a little extra and earns the junction a bit more reputation.
It's never required. Hire an attendant and the cars are served without you; the pour is there for the moments you feel like lending a hand.
